  1. hi there! i came across the crossfit website a few months ago and have become hooked on it, lovin the workouts. had been following the typical bodybuilding workouts found in mags 4 years with little progress. have started doing crosssfit and also training at kickboxing and am making good progress now,thanks 2 crossfit. i am training on my own here in co armagh n.ireland as there is no crossfit gyms near me, was wondering if you guys are having any seminars are anything where i could come along and train and improve my knoledge of crossfit?????
