Kind of you to say such nice things about me, I often feel as though I am trying to get a sack of potatoes into shape! I'm not a housewife, I'm a trainer and part-time university lecturer. But what is great about Crossfit is the diversity of individuals we have in our group - computer programmer, fireman, music engineer, recruitment person, prison warden, nurse, teacher, professor, professional footballer to name a few. And we all get along really well together. I couldn't do what I do without the encouragement that the others give me. Good luck with the Ireland venture - I've been trying to find a reason to revisit a wonderful country... I think I should be saying, “Aw shucks”.
