100th Member Video Diary

CrossFit Ireland started in Sandyford in January 2010 with just 17 members. Today, we’re closing in on our 100th member and we’d like to do something special and a little different to celebrate.

We believe that what we do has the potential to really have a lasting, positive impact on people’s lives and we firmly believe that success should be shared so we want you, your friend, your mom or someone you know to try us out, completely free of charge, for 3 months.

Completely Free! So what’s the catch? Well, read on for more details.

What we need from you:

  • A desire to make a real change. This has to be something you are passionate about, not a fleeting decision you make.
  • A schedule that allows you attend three sessions a week for 3 months with CrossFit Ireland. Please see our schedule and decide if this is something you can do.
  • Willingness to implement diet advice from coaches, and a open mind regarding your nutrition. We dont mind if it mostly consists of mars bars and coke, but we do want you to log everything you eat and drink.
  • You’ll be required to document your progress with CFI through a video blog (vlog), which we’ll help you set up. This video blog will document your entire experience with us. This can include you cooking, trying a new sport, or anything even closely related to your new approach. You don’t need to be Ron Burgundy but an ability to speak in front of a camera for a few minutes each week is a bonus. This part is vital so make sure you’re up for it!

CrossFit Ireland will provide:

  • A video and digital camera for you to document your progress. We’ll provide complete training on how to set up and record your weekly video log.
  • 3 classes per week aimed specifically at your level.
  • Fortnightly diet check ins with your coach where you will show us your nutrition log. Yes, we want to know about those jaeger bombs and kebabs.
  • One private skill session per month with your coach. This is a chance for you to fine tune a movement you are struggling with.
  • Lots of laughs along the way.
