At Crossfit Ireland we provide a service that is probably very different to anything you’ve seen before.

Accessible from anywhere in South Dublin, or via the M50, we offer fitness classes in which groups of around 5-15 people (depending on how busy that particular class is) are brought through our Workout of the Day by one of our coaches. The atmosphere is one of support and camaraderie towards anyone willing to work hard to improve themselves, no matter their current ability level.

Our aim with these sessions is to develope a broad, generalised and inclusive fitness base in our members.  We take a wide view of fitness in CrossFit – our goal is to make you good at just about everything. We want you to be able to run, jump, push, pull, lift, carry, climb and throw at an impressive level for your age and gender – all at the same time if neccesary!

Developing such a balanced physical capacity has a legion of benefits: you will become more energetic, your health will improve, your body composition will change for the better, you will feel strong and confident, and your fitness will never limit you from living your life the way you want to.

The methods we use to achieve all of this are cherry picked from the most effective techniques in resistance training, bodyweight exercises and traditional caridovascular activities. We’re going to show you how to do pullups, flip giant tyres, use gymnastics rings, lift weights,  throw medicine balls, get the best out a C2 rower, swing kettlebells,  pull sleds, perform handstands, climb ropes, jump on plyometric boxes and a whole lot of other things you probably never thought you could do.

We pride ourselves on our ability to adapt all these movements to an appropriate level for our participants. Not everyone can perform the Olympic Snatch with 100kg, but most everyone can lift a broom handle over their heads. Wherever you fall along this continuum, we’ll find a way to make our workouts work for you.
